Dr. Madalina Andreea Munteanu was born in Romania and is a Ph.D. student in Cardiology at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila, Bucharest, Romania, and a 5th-year Cardiology resident. She has a big interest in research, especially in Heart Failure because is a significant global concern impacting millions of people. She worked together with a multi-disciplinary team of scientists and clinicians. She hopes that her research to be significant in people s treatment. Apart from her interest in research, she has compassion for her patients and it s a great delight when she sees them feeling better. She hopes to incorporate teaching with her practice in the future. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading books, running, playing tennis, and spending time with her friends and family.
